In studies we have conducted with real life reports we have found our reports are 98% accurate when it comes to true repair cost.
This is the reason we are accepted as the industry standard, and are widely used by some of the largest and most successful inspection companies.
And while we cannot guarantee our pricing in any way (there are too many variable and potential underlying issues that we may not be made aware of) – outside of an onsite inspection by multiple contractors we are the MOST accurate and reliable option available.
The only people who ever see your inspection report after you upload it are our Pricing Experts.
We NEVER share your inspection report with anyone, and we also wipe any digital copies of your report from our servers after we have given you the pricing report or home repair estimate.
MRH is a home improvement company for Realtors® and their clients here in Northern Texas. This means we’ll manage and execute on anything from basic repairs and touch-ups to whole-home remodels that will help agents sell homes faster and for more. The best part? We wait until closing to be paid for the work, making pre-listing updates (and the additional profit that comes with them) possible for any seller.
With free, same-day estimates, agents use MRH to provide their clients and potential clients with more options, winning more listings and increasing referral rates as a result.
Every home will eventually sell, and on average, MRH homes sell 50% quicker than the national average. In the unlikely event that the home stays listed and unsold for more than a year from our project start, the homeowners can either pay MRH for the amount due or pay a monthly admin fee to extend the payment deadline.
All our reports are Built Inside our HOUZZ dashboard. You and Your Client may access the dashboard anytime to view or download an easy to read, small file PDF format that you can open on any device and easily share with others.
Level l and Level ll reports can by returned within 24 hours. Level lll Takes a bit longer due to the trades we have to coordinate with.
No! MRH gets paid by the home sellers solely for the work we complete, at the price agreed upon before the project kicks off, with no additional charges or hidden fees.
If the home is being sold and is represented by a real estate agent, MRH will tackle any work necessary to get the home sold faster and for more, with no minimums or maximums tied to our pay-at-closing model.
Every listing is unique, and we are happy to take on anything from simple repairs to whole-home makeovers
There are no minimums or maximums tied to our pay-at-closing model, ensuring that any agent can get any listing market-ready. To determine a specific client’s maximum budget, we use a simple equity equation (80% of the expected after-renovation value minus the amount currently owed on the property) to ensure a sound business case.
MRH only works with licensed and insured contractors and tradespeople. Our Project Managers are full-time, W2 employees and our contractors and trade partners are trained by MRH.

We make money just like a traditional general contractor. MRH gets paid solely for the work we complete, at the price agreed upon before the project kicks off, with no additional charges or hidden fees.
Most brokerage concierge programs simply pay contractor invoices and wait until closing to get reimbursed. With a concierge service, the Realtor® and homeowner are often still stuck finding contractors, selecting materials and overseeing the work. Most importantly, regardless of who does the work, it’s still done the same old-fashioned way, with lack of visibility, confusing schedule changes, endless project delays and a lot of work for the Realtor®.
MRH uses technology to reinvent the actual home improvement process to meet the needs of busy real estate agents that need to get their listings market-ready, with a high degree of transparency and zero hassles.
Pretty much anyone! The only requirements are that the home is being sold and the owner is represented by a licensed real estate agent.

100% of all project costs is deferred until the home sells with no upfront deposits, progress payments, fees, interest charges, or credit checks. We simply look at sellers’ equity to ensure there is enough to cover the work (Our simple calculation for a maximum budget is 80% of the expected after-renovation value minus the amount currently owed on the property). We are added to the closing process with proper liens and documentation.
MRH completes the project and gets paid when the home is sold, removed from the market, or one year after the project is started.
Our pricing is consistent and fair, and falls in line with national averages. The experience, however, is far from average, including everything from design consultations to financing. Moreover, since we use technology to price our projects, our pricing is very consistent across projects, without the wild fluctuations and inconsistencies typical in the home improvement industry.
Plus, with no interest and finance charges. No other contractor will do the work and wait to be paid! Everyone wins.
